The best tasting electrolyte powder I've tried to date. I like to keep track and control my sugar intake and decided to give this a try. To my surprise there is almost no sugar substitute aftertaste. I love drinking this as I workout.

Listen, I'm going to be straight up. I mostly use these to recover after a night of drinking too much alcohol and not nearly enough water. Yes, it definitely works for hiking, when it's warm, etc. However, I'm thinking some of you have come here because you want a hangover remedy. This. Is. IT!I've used this at countless birthday parties, bachelorette parties, or a night when the grocery store had BOGO wine. I drink this before I even start drinking, another friend of mine will drink hers after she drank but before she goes to bed, and another friend takes it the next morning. All three of us seem to have good results.Some people are balking at the flavor. I've tried this and their energizer version, and I give a slight advantage to this one. Look, it's full of electrolytes so it's not going to taste like Sunny D. Just guzzle it and be thankful you won't feel like death.

Mango pineapple is BY FAR the best hrdwrk flavor. Love these when I’m feeling a little dehydrated, especially when I’m on cold medicine or have been traveling. Also spectacular to ward off a hangover! For that purpose, I recommend one before you start drinking, one before bed and even one the next morning. If you’re drinking all day, prob good to add another 1-2 in between cocktails. Works like a charm! I only wish that Costco carried the hrdwrk products cause it’s a bit cheaper to purchase there than on Amazon if ever IMO.

As a nurse I am a little critical of things, but I will give things a chance and try them out. During volunteer working at an MS bike race, I met a lady with MS that uses this and swears by it. She had some extra and let some of the home riders have it at the start/finish line. I had bikers coming back to me the next day begging me for more!! I ran out of it. Now I keep it in my house and it is amazing how well it works- and living in FL I need it a lot. I’ll drink one when out on the boat, working in the yard, etc. it is amazing how much better I feel and how less “worn out” I am. Try it out!! You will be sold.

I was recently hospitalized due to severe dehydration . While In the hospital they also said I had hypokalemia it’s when ur potassium is very low . What makes this all worse is that I am 5 months pregnant. I drink lots of water everyday but it just wasn’t enough. I am a mail carrier in south TEXAS so I’m out in the heat for long periods of time, drinking the amount of water I need to keep me from getting dehydrated makes me sick. These have been a life saver I drink one a day along with my normal amount of water I drank before and my sorry TMI lol my pee is staying light as before just one day of one less bottle of water I would have very dark Urine. Look I’m just gonna be honest, I’m not a super athlete trying to stay hydrated. I use this stuff for drinking purposes- yes, booze. Y’all. I drink one before I go out, I try and drink 2-3 scoops before hitting the bar, and then have another before bed. Im 30 now and apparently that means you can’t drink 15 drinks in one night and be fine the next day anymore. Three. Three drinks now gives me a hangover. So when I have....a little more than 3- it’s a violently- puking-regret your whole life kind of hangover. These things have greatly helped reduce the next day effects or you don’t have one at all. Obviously I’m not drinking like a college kid anymore but nights when I have a few too many- i am so grateful to have these packets. The key is hydration! Happy drinking and don’t get old. Is great product you feel Hydration drink it has 3 to 4 times the amount electrolytes that gatorade does.

I first tried Hrdwrk when a friend offered it to me because I was dehydrated. When I get that way, I get leg cramps in my sleep. I was a little apprehensive of drinking it. The reasons for it was, it probably will not help alleviated my leg cramps and the taste would be awful. Well guess what? It did help with the leg cramps situation and the taste was good. It didn't have that weird vitamin pill aftertaste, like I find with other powder drinks "healthy" drink mixtures. The taste is more like a pinapple profile. I liked this product so much, that I decided to by a package of hrdwrk I've been through 2 orders worth so far. I can say, I have got my leg cramps under control. In the past I have drank coconut water to help with the cramps. I still drink it ,but now I have an other options that works for me.So if you decide to try it, I have a few tips about this stuff:1. I personally find the amount of water suggested to mix with the powder is not enough for my palate. I like the flavor diluted a bit more. I like to add water to all my sports and juices because of the intense flavor profile.2. Try adding sparkling water instead of flat water. It will taste like a energizer soda.Well that's my opinion about this stuff. I definitely recommend you giving it try.

I am active duty military stationed in the middle east. working in extreme heat over here requires constant hydration. drinking this is a lot healthier for your body than chugging gatorades or powerades etc. and unlike regular water it comes jam packed with electrolytes and sodium that your body needs in extreme heat or when your constantly working out your body. i drink one of these a day sometimes 2. it does not replace drinking regular water throughout the day but it does give you that something extra your body needs. as for the taste it is awesome! i've tried the mango pineapple and the energizer one. in my opinion the mango pineapple is best. its not too sweet and yet still has that strong flavor that tastes good. highly recommend this product

I have been on reduced salt diet for many years and was completely compliant. The problem came about when I no longer ate processed foods and do strenuous workouts (Crossfit hybrid) workouts 4-6 days a week. It turned out my sodium intake was way too low and I was suffering from headaches and fatigue. My dr recommended gatorade, but as a diet controlled diabetic, I was concerned with the sugar levels. I researched and found hrdwrk and was pleasantly surprised that it tastes great -- not salty. I like it in 24 oz of water and have shared it with my daughter, who borrowed some during a strongman competition. My performance level has increased with my lifts and workouts, and my daughter came in 2nd place in her weight class. My favorite is the mango pineapple, with energizer as my second (with slightly more water added since I like it like that). I HIGHLY recommend this product and will continue to use.

I originally got this because I don’t drink enough water, and i know it. The mango pineapple flavor is great. It is sweet and salty but both of those flavors have a purpose, just stir completely before drinking. After a long night of drinking on New Year’s Eve, i discovered the next day that this is also great for hangovers. Happy New Year to me! The electrolytes are probably the magical powers here along with the extra hydration. Happy with my purchase for 1 getting more hydration 2 being more functional on hangover day.

I have POTS and find when I do not take in enough electrolytes my fatigue and symptoms get worse. I do not like drinking Gatorade everyday because of the artificial dyes and it makes my teeth feel gritty. I was introduced to hrdwrk by a friend on Facebook and was hooked ever since. I like the mango pineapple flavor the best. The energizer flavor is okay too. I have been taking the bag to work with me and they help me with my fatigue and brain fog. I also like to drink them during my period to help with mineral loss and to keep blood volume up (which helps POTS also).

I don’t normally write reviews. However, I had to on this one. I have been dehydrated for quite some time. No amount of water, Gatorade, or Pedialyte could help me. To the point I felt water-logged and wouldn’t drink anymore that I wanted to go to ER to get a drip. I read the reviews on this product and decided to give it a try (my son is a workout beast and adventurer and suggested something like this) I received this today and gave it a shot. IM TELL YA’LL!!!! Within about 20 mins of consumption. My brain fog was gone. I felt like I had life left in me. I think I even have a little bounce in my step! Lol.My body doesn't feel compromised and feels healthy. And that fact that it has all your necessary minerals was a HUGE factor that attracted me to it. You wont find that in gatorade or water. The mango pineapple is really good. The taste is wonderful. It is not chalky or too salty. People may assume that the sodium content and sugar is high. But in reality, your body needs a complete balance of everything that is this product in order for your body to quickly align itself. For people who dehydrate easily, workout, or had ONE too many the night before (not tested yet but sure it will be useful haha) this is the product you need. I increased my workouts to 4-5 times a week a few months back. I had begun to feel worn down dehydrated. Tried a couple of different solutions until I found this. It works brilliantly! First, I got the mango pineapple, and I love the flavor. I have a kidney issue which makes staying hydrated a challenge, but without proper hydration I get dizzy all the time (even sitting down!) and I have horrible headaches. After a week of using one packet a day, I wasn't getting dizzy at all, and hadn't had a headache in a couple days. After 16 days I felt better than I've felt in years. Doing a week-long hike in the Sierra Nevada, my friend and I had never tackled such a long hiking trip before and, being pretty mindless and dumb, we both got dehydration sickness. These two angels that happened to be camping at the same spot gave us some of their hrdwrk bottles to help us recover. Y'all, this stuff works. This really helped my husband. Last year we almost lost him because he had given up. He wasn’t eating or drinking fluids. We went to the emergency room three times to get him an IV. Hrdwrk has taken my hydration efforts to the next level! I'm not a doctor, but I am an expert in my own home where proper hydration makes all the difference between a good or bad day for my family. It keeps us upright! I start each day with a sleeve and on a tough day, I'll do another. Wellness is our main concern, and we take those concerns on the road with us, so if I go on a trip, HRDWRK does, too. It's perfect to keep in the car, and I always have a sleeve in whatever purse I'm using. Two if I'm meeting up with a friend (because I don't share drinks!)Each sleeve contains the perfect balance of salt, potassium and sugar. I limit sugar intake, so I do count this in my total daily amount. I've had Gatorade (sorry... yuck) and other hydration drinks, but I'm always left thinking the flavor is off. Just off, you know? HRDWRK isn't like that. Total winner!If you're a doubting Thomas or think it's too expensive, do yourself a favor and get a bottle. Even doing a sleeve every other day will benefit your health. Bought these after a friend told me they were necessary for the elimination of hangovers. I wasn’t sure if I believed him, but I bought them anyway. Last night I sacrificed my body to science and decided to drInk just so I could try one of these before bed and see the results. So about 2 years ago I was diagnosed with chronic dehydration. I learned that I had to drink a lot more fluids than the average person otherwise I would feel very out of it (dizzy and fatigued mainly) making it hard to concentrate and function for the rest of the day. I needed to drink half my body weight in ounces consistently throughout the day; ie not just chug a huge bottle of water in one sitting every 4 hours kinda thing to feel normal. It can be difficult making sure I drink enough water throughout the day and remember to do it every 30 minutes.I decided to try these to help my hydration. Been using these for a couple of months now and as long as I keep on top of my fluid intake every day I feel great and these make keeping on top of it so much easier. I don't have to drink as much water as frequently because these help my cells bring in and hold onto the liquid faster and longer. Normally if I feel dehydrated, it would take several hours for me to feel better with just plain water, but these help me feel better within 30 minutes to an hour allowing me to chug a higher volume without it just going right through me.I enjoy the flavor selection too and 2-3 scoops a day to keep on top of my hydration. I'm hoping once I reach my weight loss goals it will be even easier to keep on top of my hydration, but in the meantime they have helped me feel a lot better and function to my full potential to get everything done during my day.As a bonus these are perfect for hydrating really easily before a big work out section. Also great for staying hydrated on long road trips or on hiking trails without making you have to pee every hour (in my case anyway).

I am an herbalist who sells products at farmers markets in the south most of the week. It’s now very hot and I’m struggling to stay properly hydrated. Once you get hydrated it can take days to get dehydrated and i can’t ever catch up so I’m just always feeling so awful and miserable. Saved my life!?? I was so dehydrated from working long hours last Christmas, that I had to go to urgent care because I was shaking and my whole body hurt to touch. I work a desk job so I’m not as active as I’d like to be. A few weeks ago I started experiencing tightness and cramping in my calves. I’d drink 100 oz of water a day, eat foods with potassium, and rub magnesium oil on them, and stretch. Those things helped some, but I still could tell they were on the verge of cramping all the time. I bought hrdwrk and THANK GOODNESS! I have POTS and other chronic illnesses and this is a GAME CHANGER. I also own a home care agency and have given many packets to my elderly clients who have absolutely loved the product to keep them hydrated, as they don’t always love water itself, or having to drink a bigger volume. Super helpful during the summer months, on road trips, and on flare days for me. POTS requires an increased intake in water and sodium to increase blood volume. This helps with both. I would be truly struggling so much more without this product. It’s also suuuuper yummy hot and cold.

Okay, I thought it was in my head, but my mom had a similar experience when she used these without even reading about what they were. She just thought they were flavoring. I tested positive for COVID (a common symptom is extreme fatigue, which I experienced). The days I drank one of these, I definitely noticed an improvement in my energy levels and cognitive abilities. Additionally, the first few times I used these, I was peeing like a mad woman! Which leads me to believe it was indeed helping with hydration. I’ll be rebuying for sure.

When my family and I were diagnosed with Covid back in July/August, one of our friends who had had it as well, gave us some of their HRDWRK. I ended up getting severely dehydrated during that time. This is one thing that has helped me combat that even now when I have been Covid Negative for the last month.I am not one that likes sports drinks, etc.... I bought Hrdwrk after hearing some stories about well it hydrates the body. I thought it was worth a shot, and if it doesn’t work I could at least rule out dehydration from my trigger for migraines. I’ve been drinking one a day and literally haven’t had a migraine since. To actually enjoy the weekend with my family without feeling sick or nauseated from a headache is a miracle. For those who get migraines you’ll appreciate this: Friday morning I felt a migraine come on and I was able to take 2 ibuprofen (instead of 4), drank my HRDWRK and it literally went away. I didn’t have to mess with my contacts or get out the peppermint oil.I can’t speak enough about how good this makes me feel, even on days when I don’t experience headaches. I feel more alert and just overall “put together” - I’ve always drank a ton of water so I never thought hydration was an issue. I recommend mango pineapple. There is sugar in the powder, but it’s the precise amount so that the electrolytes are fully absorbed by the body. I've been buying Nuun for years. I put them in my backpack, and they stay there until the end of the season when I clean out my pack and toss them. I've done this for a few years. They have a weird after taste and leave your tongue gunky. I've tried every individual packet whole foods & stop & shop sell. They all have the same weird taste. These taste like a watered down punch you get at fast food joints. It tastes like a thick sugary water. no aftertaste so once it goes down you don't have to worry about everything you drink tasting weird. Now that it's getting hot, I've been putting them in a popsicle mold. They are perfect after my morning workout now that I'm sweating bullets. I still prefer plain old water, but I was starting to get dizzy spells after heavy workouts and these seem to have done the trick.

I love the taste and easy on the go packaging. I think a larger container with a spoon for scooping for at home would be awesome too. Otherwise it helps me stay hydrated.

I have previously used pedialyte packets when traveling for a multitude of reasons, So I bought these on a whim when I ran out of my normal stuff and THEY ARE DELICIOUS! The mango pineapple flavor is the only one I’ve tried so far, but will likely purchase others when these run out. I don’t drink soda or other sports drinks, drinks with fake sweetness or eat many sweet things and this was not overly sweet to me which is a huge selling point. Other reviews have stated it tastes salty, I would disagree. There is a slight salt taste to it, it’s an electrolyte replacer so that’s a given, but it wasn’t overpowering. Overall these are a step above the other brand I mentioned above, and i would definitely recommend them!

I am not active at the moment, but am dehydrated often, I think due to medications. This is a great product! I feel better after one glass!!

Now that I’ve had this I can’t stop drinking it. I used to get headaches all the time and I thought that I was hydrated since I drink a lot of water... well I guess not hydrated enough. When I drink this I get really cold for a little while and then after I feel great. It keeps you hydrated all day. Of course I still drink water throughout the day but I no longer get headaches as often as I used to. Also an amazing hang over cure.. when I know I’m going to be drinking a little bit that night I make sure to drink this in the morning and then wake up with no hangover the morning after I drank alcohol. Overall this is awesome. I have given so many packets away just so my friends and family can try it and got them hooked as well.

I work in a lab in 10 hour shifts so there’s no way to get to my water bottle throughout the day. THIS HAS SAVED MY LIFE! I’m being dramatic BUT it definitely does work. I drink this in the morning along with my other vitamins and I am no longer parched halfway through my shift. I feel more awake and energized for the whole day! I’ll be a lifelong customer!

FOR THE PEOPLE WHO THINK ITS TOO SWEET—- just add water to it....? I drink this every time I golf or hike for extra hydration and I LOVE it. I will say that if I drank 2-3 scoops with only 16oz It water it would be very sweet, however, I add this to a whole Nalgene (64oz) and it is DELICIOUS. The sweetness is minimal but still definitely better than plain water and I still get the bonus of more hydration from more water. I’ve only tried the mango pineapple but I’m afraid to switch because I like this so much!

It is an acquired taste at first. It tastes "thick" I guess I would call it, but once you drink it a few times, it's fine. I enjoy the taste of them and they definitely do the job! I am not much of a water drinker but being a nursing mom to a newborn, I need to hydrate as much as possible and these did the trick! Just bought more in different flavors!

I happily can say that I’ve come across absolutely NO dislikes whatsoever-My experience the day it was 1st delivered-I was completely 110% going through dehydration and all of the negative side effects (due sadly to nothing other than my own fault and my own doing alone, I must admit embarrassingly)-but nonetheless as soon as I drank two 16 oz. water bottles with 1 scoop inside each of the bottles, as advised in the directions,and my pee color went from an unhealthy dark color to completely clear. Very Sorry if that’s TMI but I hope we all can be adults here, (hope). Too much info or not but regardless this product helped me and can work wonders. I have to say I find these things pretty amazing especially if you get headaches while going into a higher elevation. I typically do not prefer sweet drinks and there are numerous reviews about how sweet these are. The manufacturer does indicate that it needs to have sugar in order to absorb properly in your gut so I understand that and I’m willing to get past the sweetness. I typically spread out the drink over the course of several hours.

Some reviewers complain about the taste. One person said it was very salty. THIS IS A SODIUM GLUCOSE DRINK! The purpose of this drink is to replenish the body of salt, sugar, potassium, not to sit around the pool with an umbrella in the glass. I personally like the taste, but the added flavor is to make it improve the taste, not turn it into your go to refreshing beverage. You drink this for a purpose, not like Vitamin Water or other sport drinks. It tastes like salt because the main ingredient is salt... Which is why we are drinking it in the first place.

I have a hard time drinking water as I just don’t like the (lack of) taste. The mango pineapple flavor is really good and I think this makes a big difference.

This is excellent for people who need to rehydrate. This really rescued my father-in-law who put 2 scoops into a bottle of water each day and drink it. We had quite a scare with him when he became excessively dehydrated and also had a UTI (bladder infection).My sister found these and sent them as a gift and then we bought another one so that he could keep taking this. It really helped him out a great deal and helped him to get back on track. With his dehydration he was actually hallucinating..... this stuff really helped him!!!!

I LOVE this product! I use 4 scoops to 2 bottles of water. I think it’s pretty hydrating. Flavor is fantastic & it hydrates so well!!!

I was looking for a product I could easily use while vacationing or working in the yard/garden. Hrdwrk is perfect for both. Small enough to fit in my suitcase and not weigh me down. It works like it says it should and after 3hours of gardening, I drink and I'm back to normal. I do advise after mixing let the drink sit for aprox 10min so the flavors can settle.

I found this and decided to try it out. I really enjoy this flavor a lot. My fiancée and I use these a lot to help hydrate. I got really sick and these were a lifesaver since I had a hard time keeping anything down. I love how portable they are as well. Will continue buying this product!

I am normally a skeptic on these types of products, but let me tell you, this stuff is a God-send. I admittedly do not drink enough fluids on a normal day, and I really don't drink enough when I'm sick. So I saw this pop up on Facebook and decided to give it a try because I could feel myself coming down with something and figured it couldn't hurt. It arrived on an afternoon where I really felt awful and KNEW I would be sick as a dog the next day, so I drank a serving right before bed to get my fluids ready to fight off a gnarly cold. When I woke up the next morning, I was feeling 110% better! It is now my go-to for whenever I feel the least bit poorly, and it perks me right up every single time. Although the price is steep, for what it does, its totally worth it! Far-fetched as it may seem, I promise this stuff is a miracle and highly recommend it

Our 18 yr old grandson has been playing in weekend baseball tourneys and this has really helped him and the other kids stay hydrated in our 100 deg. Texas heat. All the kids on the team are drinking it. Our daughter gave my husband a few scoops to try and believe you me, I'm so thankful she did! He was building fence a few days ago, and with the temps around 104, he nearly had a heat stroke. He had been a little skeptical about drinking it until the heat got to him and he tried it. He said he couldn't explain it, but somehow, very quickly, he was back to feeling so much better. It quinched his thirst, he gained his strength, and it got him back on his feet! I've been instructed to buy him another package of "that stuff"!! It made a true believer out of us that it really does what it says and works quickly!

This is the greatest product. I love it so much. I will drink one after having one too many cocktails and I feel fantastic in the morning. If I forget to drink one the night of girls wine night, I can drink one the next morning and the hangover is less severe. I wish I could give this product more than 5 stars.

I get dizzy working out in the Florida heat. Water doesn’t replace the electrolytes lost in sweat. Coconut water works but too much sugar & calories. FTHIS STUFF WORKS!! I’m on my second bag, and I like all the flavors (and I don’t usually like flavored water). Will be adding some to my emergency kit also.

This item works very well. I buy them for my high school football team. We use them during practices and games to stay hydrated

My sister bought some from amazon and gave it to me when I had covid...It seems to help me get hydrated and all the minerals I need.I like to exercise and I tend to sweat a lot. Taste is not bad^^ it's like a typical power drink!I'm not a doctor or a nutritional specialist.
