I've been using this Hydrolyte for about 4 months and find that I drink less and am thirsty less while the skin pinch test reports I am hydrated. My dizziness is also under control. I am one of those people that is always thirsty and can easily go through 2 gallons of water in a day. Admittedly I do not drink juices or sodas, so water is my only source of hydration. Since I started taking two scoops of Hydrolyte per day, I find I've been drinking about a gallon a day.
This stuff is great! I love that all the ingredients are listed on the label and there are no additives. Plus, 100 servings at this price is a great deal.
Great for hangover recovery
HRDWRK is a great product for endurance activity as well as a short gym session. I use it for my long bike rides, swimming and the gym. It has a very mild taste which I prefer. I taylor the amount based on the activity.
I have used competitor's products with little to no results. I can actually feel HRDWRK working halfway through a ride. It has a great mild flavor and mixes well.

I love this stuff. Compared to other sports drink, this dissolves quickly and has barely any flavor since it's unflavored, but it's very pleasant. I mix 2 scoops per large water bottle for rides and that concentration doesn't get too gummy in my mouth. Great for keeping a steady fuel load through long rides.

I've been using HRDWRK for the past year or so, looking for clean fuel for strenuous, longer rides. Not all endurance drinks are created equal - in my case HRDWRK provides the formula I need, no stomach issues, unflavored taste (which is what you want). Overall, this is now my go to fuel - checks all the boxes I need. Highly recommend.

This stuff hits a lot of high notes:-Good amount of electrolytes per scoop.-Taste is mild and nice at a range of concentrations (the "unflavored" flavor).-Mixes in clear and is not sticky.-Has electrolytes.I bought it for running (during and after) based on recommendations, and probably will never bother with any other drink mix again unless Hrdwrk won't produce this anymore. I have been using this product for a few weeks now during my long runs (I'm training for a half marathon). I ordered the unflavored version, if you want something that truly has no taste then this will satisfy you. I find the product very easy to mix, it dissolves very well. I find that I prefer it to be ice cold rather than room temp as I love cold drinks. I usually freeze my water if I'm running on a warm day so this is not an issue for me. The best thing about this product is that I truly feel better while I'm running and that I can continue without having to walk as often. I don't feel hungry at all while I'm running. I do find that I am well hydrated. During a race you could just get or carry the bottles of water with this supplement in it. I also have had no stomach issues while using Hrdwrk. Overall I am very pleased with this product and will continue to use it.
I personally have great luck with Hrdwrk, it agrees with my stomach. I know a lot of times these supplements either agree with you or don’t, so I’d definitely try it in training before putting it to use during a race. I always practice my fueling on my long runs so come race time my stomach is used to it. I was able to use 3 scoops of Hrdwrk along with some real food to power me through a recent 7 hour race. It’s nice to be able to get your fluid along with minerals at the same time.
I am a great skeptic so at firts I wasn't sure how I would like the taste but I actually really liked it. I would buy again!!!
The product has great flavors. I’ve tried both caffeinated and non-caffeinated, unflavored and energizer. All can be mixed to taste and to caloric intake needs. I just need extra fuel for the 15+ mile runs, so 3 scoops is more than enough for a marathon training cycle. Last year was my first year using it for the marathon and I definitely was able to run longer without running out of gas. Next year I plan on using more fuel earlier to see if I can make it to the finish line without being totally out of gas. I’ve noticed that if I take smaller drinks more frequently I don’t get the upset stomach. I am also going to try adding more electrolytes - my body tends to use it up more quickly it seems, than the other minerals. Just a hunch.
This product is helping me stand upright. People who say that this doesn't work are just a little sweaty not dehydrated. If you need to do your best in-between visits to get an infusion this is what you want to have. I have to agree with the doctor who had the blood pressure issue- I have chronic low blood pressure and this covers that issue for me also. I can do things without fear of falling. My mouth is moist inside for the first time in a long time. That's all I have to say on the topic thank you.
I really like this for 2-3 hour bike rides. When an employee at local bike shop mentioned it I was really intrigued as it seemed a cool concept to drink nutrition instead of gels or waffles. I used it without a test run on a 60 mile race and it ended up working great and I’ve used it regularly since. I like that you can alter how much mix you use based on how intense or how hot and humid it is. For more intense activities like road cycling in mountains I do use Hrdwrk as the major source. The unflavored is great. I’ve only used this. Their energizer mixes are good too (separate with flavor) and nice when you are riding away from home.
I have had chronic migraines for years and tried many electrolyte drinks and powders. I've never had one that works as well as HRDWRK.My husband ordered this package for me, and the first day I tried them, I was fighting a bad migraine and couldn't take any more medication for them. I drank a glass of water with a scoop of HRDWRK and within half an hour, things were bearable again. I drank another a few hours later when my migraine started getting worse again and had the same positive reaction.I'm not saying this is a migraine cure, but I am grateful that there is something else (and not drug-related) that I can do to stave off a migraine and deal with the pain a bit more effectively when I do have one.

Bought this on the recommendation of my physical therapist (who is an ultra marathoner). I had mentioned cramping up on a 100k bike ride with lots of hills. I told him I was drinking plenty of water and Gatorade, and he started talking about different kinds of sugars, etc. Stuff way over my head. He recommended I should drink this stuff. Unfortunately, due to Covid, my longer organized bike rides have not happened. However, I still ride about 15 miles a day, and take a mixed bottle with scoops of Hrdwrk on it with me on every ride. Have not experienced any problems...the taste is not overpowering (just a hint of no flavor) and mixes easily with water, no clumping or anything.
I remember using this in boot camp because it’s one of the few things to add flavor to the water and keep you from getting dehydrated more than you are during the whole process. 11/10 recommend when it comes to what limited access you have in the next when you’re in boot. Just putting this here in case someone who’s looking into that is aware.
I tried Hrdwrk at a race. I love the fact that I can get energy without having to eat solid food while running. I don't have to worry about carrying food and electrolytes on my long runs; just water and hrdwrk! I completely switched over to Hrdwrk during my last practice run (22 miles) and had no issues (GI, bonking, etc) with it. Unflavored is a good choice. Update: I ran 50 miles using unflavored Hrdwrk for around 90% of my electrolytes during a race. I highly recommend this product! It takes most of the guess work out of hydration and nutrition during endurance events.
I absolutely can not say enough about HRDWRK. The unflavored is all I purchase first and then other flavors taste really good too. If you're feeling dehydrated, drink a full bottle of 24oz water with 2 scoops and you'll feel much better. The next morning after partying, I make a full bottle and my headache goes away and I start feeling better. It doesn't take the "hangover" away, but makes it to where you can function. This is a daily ritual in our household. You can't go wrong with this product!
I enjoy the subtle no flavor and thoroughly enjoy the gentleness on the stomach. My wife and son are a little sensitive when it comes to eating/drinking while exercising, but this works wonderfully. I, personally, like the fact that it does not make you feel full when you drink it. It is light on your stomach. Highly recommend it.
This product is great for dehydration. It tastes wonderful and has much less sugar than Gatorade. I would prefer a version with no sugar like this product, this is certainly a move in the right direction for dehydration drinks. Highly recommend!
Unflavored is not bad and dissolves well. Best of all the energy and salt in the drink has allowed me to quit relying on Gu's and S!Caps on long runs. Training for ultras in the South Florida heat will wear you down. Since I started using HRDWRK I find I have more energy throughout the run and I seem to be recovering more quickly. All this without the queasy or bloating stomach issues I've found with other sports drinks.I highly recommend trying this product.

This is my favorite sports nutrition whether it's solid or when later on become liquid. And my favorite of the HRDWRK flavors. They claim it's complete; that you could do an endurance event relying on nothing but HRDWRK. I believe it and it provided me with less fatigue. I like how simple it is - 1 scoop = 2.5g and you can mix it however strong you like. I use it on long distance paddles and for something like 30-40 miles I'll do 5 scoops in 2 liters of water. Great stuff!
I love Hrdwrk!!! I drink 2 scoops a day and love all of the other flavors. My favorite is probably unflavored and blue razz. It's great for boosting immunity because it has vitamin c. 100% recommend.
I’ve run 2 half marathons with this. Great for training, doesn’t taste chemical or any sweetness. I use 2 scoops for my long runs, and one scoop later in the day to rehydrate. I even took a 10oz bottle with one scoop of this when I ran my rave, it was a savior because they don't have calories and sugar! This version has no caffeine so it’s good for everyday exercise too.
Cheap price but best flavor of all products we tried. No weird taste which we really appreciated over similar brand that tasted far too sugary. All otehr three flavors were good.

I had this endurance fuel recommended to me by a colleague who had been a competitive bicyclist for a number of years. She said no gut bombs and energy for miles and miles. I have enjoyed every flavor, also this unflavored and can definitely say no gut bombs and energy for even your longest rides.

I went on a 60 mile bike ride and used Unflavored Hrdwrk for the first time. I used 1 scoop every hour because I wanted to validate I didn’t get any digestion issues. Absolutely no issues during or after the ride. After the ride I do suggest using their recommended scoops and going with 2-3 per hour especially if you’re really putting in the mileage. This stuff gives you the energy you need and I’ll be ordering it again once I run out. High recommend versus pills, gels and chews.
This has absolutely changed my nutrition plan during my long runs. I was not a runner prior to the pandemic, but took up the hobby to pass some time, as well as build some endurance for other passions. I enjoyed the challenge so much that I moved straight into ultra mileage within a year, but being so green at the sport left me in shambles quite a few times due to poor race day nutrition. I tried Hrdwrk on a recommendation from a friend who was more experienced than me. Boom, automatically was improved. Have had zero cramps, zero gut issues, and my body feels better post training runs. Even when I don’t feel like choking down any solids, the Unflavored is fire. Mixes super easy in my camelback or bottle and very smooth with NO chunks or gritty texture. I did have to experiment for about a month to figure out the best ratio for my needs, but it was worth it because I’m dialed in and getting great results.

This is my second purchase of Hrdwrk. It's a bit pricey but worth it. The unflavored is light and it's colorless. I use it for long runs and don't need any other kind of fuel. I've used this for a 20 mile run and had no cramps or other problems. Highly recommended.

This is a great product. I previously tried the different flavors, but the Unflavored is my favorite, the irony. It doesn’t have any artificial coloring - the powder is white. Flavor is good and dissolved easily in water after a stir. I take this before my long runs and more after an hour. It is definitely better than Hrdwrk because it has more electrolytes, and tastes worlds better then U Can recommend.

My sister-in-law recommended Hrdwrk to me. I’m glad she did. This can be good because unflavored can make drinking enough more easy, also if you want a different one you can easily mix something else in for taste. I noticed right away that I would get less cotton mouth while using Hrdwrk. I’m in Arizona, so it’s dry and hot out there.

I was looking for a good nutrition product to train for and race a half Ironman. After trying a few things I settled on Hrdwrk and I have no regrets. After about 3 months of training with this I have nothing but good things to say. I like the taste and it keeps me going strong even on 3+ hour workouts without any other additional products (gels, bars, etc.). I highly recommend this for any endurance althete.

I've played around with Hrdwrk once or twice till my last 100 mile race. I had some early on and it was available the entire race so I kept exclusively using it for 90 miles. I felt energetic, no bloating or stomach ache. Was like drinking a redbull sandwich but this's better. My race was a 6 hour improvement and I like to think Hrdwrk was one of the main reasons. I didn't have to take extra time out for food and had more time to focus. As a vegan and someone who likes to keep it simple this product has made life easier. Still using it today.
Worked great for feeling hungover! Drank in the morning and 30 minutes later I felt completely normal.
I'm in my late 50's and would run out of energy on longer dirt bike rides. My first use of Hrdwrk, I rode 4 hours and burned 1800 cal according to my Apple Watch. I mixed 7 scoops of Hrdwrk endurance fuel into 3l of water the night before and left in the refrigerator over night. I finished the 3l just as the ride was ending. I followed up with 24oz of Blue Razz. I never felt exhausted during the ride and no cramping. After the ride back at home, I felt energetic enough to do a few hours of yard work. Highly recommend Hrdwrk prodicts for dirt bike riding.

The unflavored of this is really good. I don’t think it tastes orangey. But if I tell myself it does I guess it does. Lol. I like it. I use 2 scopes (each full scoop is 2.5g) in a 20oz bottle. I shake it up. There is no color to the drink so it is clear. I didn’t see any chunks on the bottom. I am very happy with the product. Will order more for sure.
I've been sick as of late and VERY dehydrated so I was in dire need of something to drink while at work and at home. I take two scoops with me with a 24 fl oz bottle of water each day and drink it when I get to work. I'm not sure it has the effect I was hoping for, but I do feel less dehydrated. I work in a lumber yard so it's hard work and I never stop moving, I could probably drink more than one bottle a day and because of cheap price I'm just drinking more than once a day. The flavors are all very good though, will continue to purchase.
I work Fire Rescue, while on and off duty I train a lot.To stay hydrated I started to use HRDWRK and it's worked out great so far.My regular road bike rides are 50 miles plus, I find that HRDWRK helps me to stay hydrated during the ride and if I plan for an 80 plus mile ride i drink a regular 32oz water bottle with 3 scoops of HRDWRK the night before to make sure that I'm hydrated.I highly recommend HRDWRK to anyone that wants to ensure that they stay hydrated during and after your workouts.
This works better than anything I have tried. Pedialyte works ok but has way more sugar. SueroX is zero sugar, but doesn’t work quite as well for me. I dilute four scoops of Hrdwrk in about 50oz of water and throw another scoop of blue razz and it has a pretty pleasant flavor together. I like my beverages a little diluted most the time. This is good stuff though, since I’ve started drinking them a few weeks ago it I feel a pretty good improvement in my energy levels.It’s definitely the best hydration option I’ve come across..
I use HRDWRK as pre and during work out supplement. I had a difficult time finding a pre-work out supplement that did not make me feel nauseous. With other supplements, the bloated feeling never went away but with HRDWRK it doesn't give me that feeling.
This stuff is great to treat dehydration while sick. I had 103 fevers for three day and sweating. This helped me stay hydrated. Flavor was good especially liked the watermelon flavor.
I use HRDWRK almost on a daily basis. It's completely changed running for me. It's gotten me through daily workouts as well as marathons, and ultra-marathons. I highly recommend this product to athletes who can't stomach Gatorade. This is a great alternative.

I use HRDWRK for long road cycling rides - usually 50+ miles. I like the very light, no-flavor because it’s not overpowering, and I feel like it’s helped me keep the pace, particularly on hot days.

Tastes great. When I get done with a run I don't feel like I'm starving and want to scarf everything in sight. While my muscles may be tired, I don't feel as much overall fatigue or brain fog after my long runs. Easy in the stomach.
I recently did a 200 mile bike race in 13 hours with 8400 feet of climbing in the Texas hill country and used Hrdwrk pretty much as 80% of my nutrition. I took in 4 scoops(48 once of water) per 50 miles. Ate about 6 bananas and 2 clif brownie bars. I felt good and never felt weak nor did I cramp nor did I ever have any stomach issues. Very impressed with this product and I highly recommend it.

I've used Hrdwrk for all me endurance/long distance runs and races since returning to trail running some years ago at the age of 64. It's still my go-to choice. I wouldn't think of starting out on a long distance run whether a trainer or a race without Hrdwrk in my water-hydration reservior and a spare packet ziplock in my running vest pocket.

I have tried a few other electrolyte mixes as well as gels, but I find that Hrdwrk has the best flavor without upsetting my stomach at all, plus it's a powder. The Unflavored and Mango Pineapple flavors are my favorites, but the others are second. Hrdwrk is perfect for long runs, but I also use it on shorter runs during summer in the Alabama heat/humidity.

Many drink mixes have the right blend of electrolytes, but after a while, the taste becomes too much and you start longing for plain water. That's not a problem with Hrdwrk. The drink is delicious without being flavored, so you can drink it all day without feeling sick. My fav is the Unflavored but the Blue Razz is good too.
